Graphically it was good, better than most clocks. The plot didn't make a lick of sense (why were they getting a record deal?? with Boulevard of Broken dreams?) but hell I was enoying it.
Until the end that is. I'd have liked this a lot more if Offspring clock had destroyed the greenday clock. I mean ok you obviously prefer Greenday and I don't, but I also think it would have been funnier and a more fitting end to the story.
3/5

I love all your work, and whereas I might not have enjoyed this quite as much as some of your others, I certainly feel that it was the most impressive. That's mostly due to the graphics, probably as good as they come, and the sheer speed of the game is unbelievable.
The way you made it just like an arcade game was inspriring, added a great feel to the game. It was varied and fun, definitely one of my top 10 NG games. But like I said I have enjoyed your previous work more, mostly just because of personal preference, but here's what let it down for me:
-The sound might have helped the effect of the game, but I found it annoying and not pleasant to listen to.
-I'm going to suck at explaining this one but here goes: when you click fire you cause damage to wherever you click. Now I found it frustrating because the bullets should carry on past this point and cause damage to anything in the path. Maybe they were moving too fast for me to make out but I couldn't even see any bullets. This was a big let down for me.
-Why EASD not WASD?
Other than that, I just missed the humour value of some of your other games. But that's just personal preference.
You're the only artist in my favourite's list for good reason, and this game only went to secure that place. But I'm hoping that you don't go on to make a sequel to this.

Noth overly original here, like many music video submissions you mostly just drew what the song was saying. So it wasn't too impressive in that respect.
But the graphics were pretty good. Technically there's a lot of room for improvement but they style was good, using mostly greyscale was a good choice.
As for the song itself, it's a good song and the perfect choice for a video, thank god you didn't use Wake me up when September Ends or I might have knocked a lot off your score.
This should get over 3.0, which will be your best score yet, so well done. Keep trying and improving.

This is very similar to the game I just made (and the sequel I'm working on). And to be honest I see no reason why it's scored lower.
I love the graphics, they're clean and colourful. The SFX were excellent and added some humour value, although a bit of backgroud music would have been nice.
The main problem for me was that the monkey moved a little too slow, and I levelled up quite a bit but he didn't seem to get significantly faster. Also you could add a bit of perspective to the background and add some more fruit like bananas (just for variation).
It's a really well made game though, well done.
Author's Response:
He wasn't supposed to get faster, but he does now! Thanks for the suggestion :) Weird how you couldn't hear the background music, there were three tracks in all.

Dress-ups aren't the most exciting or complex games but this was a lot better than most. The graphics were clean & colourful, there was a wide range of clothes and a certain originality to some parts (the duck parts were great).
A bit of background music might have be nice, and maybe some background images. Also, a tip for the future, you'll get a better score if you take the time to add Authors Comments and maybe a logo.

Clocks. Lightsaber fighting. This gets big minus points for unoriginality. But more than makes up for that with decent graphics and the greatest band in the world (beating Simple Plan).
Although I was a bit disapointed that there was no offspring music until the credits, should have been the background music. But at least you chose classic stuff and not Conspiracy as the clock was suggesting.

I'm not a big clock fan but this was impressive and quite fun to play. It's good that you made it random. Some suggestions:
-Choose of grid size
-Varying back picture
-Optional Music
-Faint image on the back of the cards
-SFX
-Timer so people can try and beat their best times.
Decent submission, but could be a lot better.

I'm worth $35 :D
Pretty pointless game but fun none the less. Shame there was nothing after receiving your score, maybe it give a comment could show other users with similar scores.
This is proof that good drawing or coding skills aren't needed to make a succesful submission- just a great idea.

Hardly the best Flash ever, but it was funny which is more than can be said about most submissions. I like your drawing style and the characters are pretty good, maybe next time try something a bit longer with more than one joke.
Author's Response:
i meant MY best flash ever... but thanks for the tips anyway!

This is the first Finger 11 I've seen (heard) in an NG movie. You have the best music taste ever (except everyone else who likes them). If you haven't already you should buy their 1st album under the name Rainbow Butt Monkeys, it's the best thing they've done.
As for the rest of the movie, pretty good graphics, and I like your message, but it was a bit short.
Author's Response:
Thank you and yes finger 11 rock.
